Melissa Rosander brings over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, having contributed to a variety of departments including Customer Experience, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Leadership. She holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing as well as a bachelor’s degree in business management from William Penn University.

Based in Winterset, Iowa, Melissa resides with her son Talan and their two Goldendoodles, Emma and Willow. Her professional focus centers on cultivating positive relationships, fostering open and direct communication, encouraging flexibility, supporting career development, and building highly motivated teams.

Tom Bradley brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, real estate, and professional auctioneering to his role as Vice President of Talent Recruiting at Evolve Talent. With a career rooted in relationships, service, and a deep understanding of people, Tom is committed to connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities that help individuals and organizations thrive. He is known for his strong sense of value and his ability to understand people’s goals.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tom is deeply committed to his community. He proudly serves as the auctioneer for county fairs and volunteers with various non-profit organizations. Tom resides in Winterset, Iowa and is the proud father of Sophie, Emma, and Jerett.
